✅ Replacements
We offer replacements or refunds for:
• Damaged or defective items
• Incorrect product shipped
To be eligible:
• Email us within 3 days of delivery
• Share unboxing video or photo proof
• Keep products unused and in original packaging
🚫 Returns (When Not Accepted)
We do not accept returns for:
• Opened or used products
• Change of mind
• Non-defective items
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.
